'Are you unable to unlock your projects?'
'Are you unable to upload any new videos?'
'Is your Storage limit exceeded?' (yellow banner)
Will help you answer all your queries in this quick read.
‼️ If you see this yellow-colored banner on your screen, probably you have exceeded your storage against your plan. Well, that shows up when your storage reaches 90% capacity.
‼️ And if your projects are locked & not able to upload any new projects - Well, that shows you have already exceeded your storage capacity
✅ The first thing you should probably do - is navigate to the Settings tab & check the Quso Cloud section.
Check how your storage is divided to help you decide better.
Now to solve this, you have two options -
1.) Consider freeing up some storage by deleting old video projects (which you are not likely to use) 🗑️🗑️🗑️
- to delete projects, simply click on three dots against that video project tile and click delete. Note: this action, can't be undone. So delete your projects carefully.
2.) Consider buying additional storage at nominal prices 💰💰
- starting 50 GB: $2/month, 100 GB: $4/month and so on.
Best Practices
- Regularly review and clean up unused projects, downloads, and assets
- Consider upgrading your plan if you frequently approach storage limits
- Plan your storage usage strategically.
