How To Approve A Post That's Been Sent For Approval

This guide explains how to check, review, and approve a post that's been sent for approval.

Step 1: Navigate to the post section.

 

 

Step 2: There are two methods to review a post. The first method is to click on the View details option in the post section.

 

 

Alternatively, if a post has been sent for approval, an update is sent to the approver's email.

 

Step 3: From the email, click on review.

 

 

Step 4: The review window will pop up.

 

 

Step 5: If necessary, change the approver.

 

 

Step 6: Adjust the schedule, date, and time if needed.

 

 

Step 7: Once everything looks good, approve the post.

 

 

Step 8: The post will now show as approved.

 

 

Step 9: Return to the post section.

 

Step 10: The section sent for approval will now be empty.

 

 

Step 11: The approved post, scheduled for a specific date, is now ready to go live.
