How to Schedule and Publish Posts to Multiple Platforms

This guide demonstrates how to publish or schedule a post on multiple platforms with just a few clicks.

Start by editing your video. Once you're done, follow these steps:

 

Step 1: Navigate to Downloads, then select Publish and Schedule.

 

 

Step 2: Check the platforms available for posting. If you've already linked your account, it'll appear here. 

 

 

If not, link another account by clicking on Link.

 

Step 3: After linking your account, click Close. Your linked account will now be visible.

 

 

Step 4: Generate a description for your post.

 

Step 5: Choose to upload your own thumbnail or select one from any of the video frames.

 

 

Step 6: Review the post preview. This gives an idea of how the post will appear on your social media platform on a phone.

 

Now, let's schedule the post:

 

Step 1: Set the schedule for your post. For example, schedule it for the twenty-eighth at eight PM.

 

Step 2: Confirm the schedule.

 

 

Step 3: Wait for the scheduling process to complete. This may take a few minutes. Once done, navigate back to Downloads. Here, you'll see which platforms have been scheduled.

 

Once the post is published or scheduled, it'll appear in the specified section. You can also check it from your social media page.

 

 

Step 4: Go to Post, then navigate to your Scheduled Post.

 

Here, you'll see the scheduled posts. For instance, posts scheduled to go live on TikTok and YouTube will be visible here.
