What is Paused Subscription?

This guide explains how to pause and resume a subscription on a platform. Pausing a subscription temporarily halts access to the account, including projects and downloads, & also pauses payments.

Pausing the Subscription

Step 1: Navigate to the settings and select the pause option.

 

Step 2: Under plan details, locate the three dots indicating the current status of the plan. If the plan isn't paused, proceed to the next step.

 

Step 3: Click on pause. A confirmation prompt appears, reminding that access to the account will be lost until the subscription is resumed.

 

 

Step 4: Confirm the pause. Payments will also be paused.

 

Step 5: Verify the pause by attempting to use the platform. It's not possible to use any feature while the subscription is paused.

 

 

 

Resuming the Subscription

Step 1: To regain access to the platform, click on resume. This remains the same even after logging out or closing the tab.

 

Step 2: Confirm the resume by clicking on the button labeled "resume now". The pop-up disappears and access to the platform is restored.
