How to Pause your subscription?

This guide provides a step-by-step process to pause a subscription. This feature is useful when focusing on content creation, going on vacation, or simply not planning to use the platform for a while.

Note: Pausing the subscription halts all billing activity until the subscription is resumed.

 

Step 1: Navigate to the settings. Select Bills and Plans.

 

Step 2: Scroll down to the Plan Details section.

 

Step 3: Click on the three dots to open a drop-up menu. Select Pause Subscription.

 

 

Note: Pausing a subscription means you won't have access to your account, including projects and downloads, until you resume it. Once paused, a Resume button appears. Clicking Resume reactivates the platform usage and billing activity.

 

Step 4: Click Pause to confirm the action.

 

Upon successful pausing, a pop-up notification appears. To unpause at any time, click Resume Now.
